Christina Albert has been sentenced to 15 years in the Arizona Department of Corrections for one count of sexual assault, domestic violence. She also received a concurrent sentence of 7.5 years for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument, also classified as domestic violence.
Attorney General Kris Mayes commented on the case, stating: “Domestic violence is a serious crime that will not be tolerated in Arizona.”
The charges stem from repeated sexual and physical abuse committed by Albert against her girlfriend between May and June 2023. Albert entered a guilty plea on September 25, 2025, and was sentenced on November 4, 2025.
As part of her sentence, Albert is prohibited from having any contact with the victim and must register as a sex offender.
