The Federal Bar Association (FBA) Phoenix Chapter announced on March 13 that it will hold a presentation titled “Employment Priorities in the Trump Administration 2.0” on March 26 at the Sandra Day O’Connor U.S. Courthouse, Jury Assembly Room.

The event aims to inform attendees about the new priorities set by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Chair under the current administration. Topics include efforts to address diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives; protection of American workers from discrimination based on national origin; defense of sex-based rights in the workplace; and measures against religious bias and harassment, including antisemitism.

According to the announcement, those interested in attending are asked to RSVP by March 24. Further information about presenters and program details is available in an attached flyer provided by the FBA Phoenix Chapter.

The event is part of ongoing efforts by legal organizations to keep practitioners updated on changes in federal employment policy and enforcement priorities. The focus areas reflect recent shifts in administrative approach regarding workplace rights and protections.

Looking ahead, organizers encourage early registration due to anticipated interest in how these evolving policies may affect both employers and employees.
