Traffic Tech, Inc., a logistics and supply chain company, has filed a lawsuit against two companies for breach of contract, alleging that they failed to pay for warehousing services. The complaint was lodged in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona on December 18, 2025, targeting RNWBL, LLC and Titan Renewables, Inc.

The case revolves around an agreement initiated in mid-2023 when Titan Renewables sought Traffic Tech’s services for storing safety railings. After a series of communications and site visits, Traffic Tech provided a quote for monthly storage fees and pickup charges. By July 26, 2023, both parties had confirmed the agreement terms. However, despite storing the railings as agreed upon at their Phoenix facility, Traffic Tech claims that Titan failed to make any payments from January 2024 onwards. As per the complaint, “Titan has not paid even one cent to Traffic Tech for its services,” leading to an outstanding balance of $54,029.23.

Efforts by Traffic Tech to recover these dues included meetings with Titan executives and legal notices demanding payment. In April 2025, Traffic Tech’s counsel sent a Notice of Default to Titan’s legal team but received no response or payment. The situation escalated when Titan’s General Counsel claimed that they did not own the stored items nor had any agreement with Traffic Tech—a statement disputed by previous confirmations from Titan’s executives.

Traffic Tech accuses RNWBL and Titan Renewables of breaching their contract by failing to honor their financial commitments. The plaintiff argues that they have suffered damages due to unpaid invoices and additional costs incurred while attempting collection efforts. Furthermore, under promissory estoppel claims, Traffic Tech asserts reliance on Titan’s promises resulted in lost business opportunities and substantial expenses.

In light of these grievances, Traffic Tech seeks damages exceeding $75,000 alongside reimbursement for legal fees and associated costs. They also request post-judgment interest and any other relief deemed appropriate by the court.

Representing Traffic Tech is Lukas S. Boehning from Eckland & Blando LLP based in Minneapolis. The case is presided over by Judge [Name Not Provided] under Case ID: 2:25-cv-04789-SHD.
