Fornix Holdings LLC and CP Productions, Inc. have taken legal action against a foreign corporation accused of infringing on their copyrighted adult video content. The complaint was filed in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona on November 18, 2025, targeting MW Media, which operates under the name Eporner.com. This lawsuit highlights the ongoing battle against digital piracy and copyright infringement in the adult entertainment industry.
The plaintiffs, Fornix Holdings LLC and CP Productions, Inc., are Arizona-based companies specializing in adult media content management and production. They allege that MW Media has been unlawfully hosting and redistributing their copyrighted works on its website, Eporner.com. According to the complaint, Fornix owns registered copyrights for 414 audiovisual works of adult video content with the U.S. Copyright Office. These works are licensed exclusively to CP Productions for distribution through their membership-based website, Gloryholeswallow.com (GHS Website). The plaintiffs claim that MW Media monetizes this infringement by hosting third-party advertisements on Eporner.com.
Fornix Holdings LLC accuses MW Media of intentionally concealing its identity by omitting registrant information from public domain registration records and using privacy services to mask identifying details. Despite efforts to stop the infringement through DMCA notices, the plaintiffs allege that removed content is often reposted by repeat offenders on Eporner.com. This persistent infringement has forced Fornix Holdings LLC and CP Productions to seek legal recourse.
The plaintiffs are seeking several forms of relief from the court. They request a judgment declaring that MW Media has willfully infringed upon their copyrights and seek full actual or statutory damages arising from this infringement. Additionally, they demand an accounting and disgorgement of profits gained by MW Media through its unlawful conduct. The plaintiffs also seek injunctive relief to prevent future infringements, including deactivating the Eporner Domain Name and deleting all copies of their works stored on Eporner.com.
The case is being handled by attorney David D. Lin from Lewis & Lin LLC, representing Fornix Holdings LLC and CP Productions, Inc. The case is presided over by Judge SMB under Case ID 2:25-cv-04327-SMB.
