Keith Wilson faces additional charges for allegedly defrauding the federal Paycheck Protection Program and Local First Arizona. He also faces a pandering charge related to conduct alleged to have occurred as recently as February 2025.
The case has been filed in Maricopa County Superior Court under case number CR: 2026-006155. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt by a jury.
