Yuma bankruptcy court office ends in-person filing services

The Yuma office of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona will stop providing in-person filing services starting February 20, 2026. After this date, individuals will not be able to file documents or receive customer service assistance at the Yuma location.

People who need to submit filings are instructed to mail them to either the Phoenix or Tucson divisional offices. The court has stated that hearings will still take place at the Yuma office.
